And miles to go…

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted anything, and for no particular reason. Indeed this one may be bulky with photos, however I look at these images and reflect on why I enjoy traveling so much and disregard the comforts of a traditional lifestyle. American author Bill Bryson once wrote, “To my mind, the greatest reward and luxury of travel is to be able to experience everyday things as if for the first time, to be in a position in which almost nothing is so familiar it is taken for granted.”

I’ve noticed how antsy I become when I fall into a pattern of redundancy and habituated into a cycle, thus always searching for change. I have a few passions that I pursue greatly, and fortunately my passions let me be diverse in how I approach them. Having a fondness for nature allows me to appreciate the little things, regardless of where I am. Anyways, I took a little solo cruise to the Northwest and back while meeting up with some friends along the way and engaging in some of my favorite activities. Here are a few images from along the way (minus a few from Halloween)… Cheers!
